Within the professional development activities of employees, on 03.06.2026, a training session on the topic \u201cTeamwork and Conflict Resolution\u201d was held at the premises of the Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia (C\u0415IM), intended for part of the management staff.<\/p>\n
The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Srbinovska Doncevski, a professor and trainer in communication and organizational behavior, who, through an interactive approach, introduced participants to the importance of effective communication, building trust within teams, and constructive conflict management in the workplace.<\/p>\n
The focus of the training was on successful teamwork, mutual cooperation, identifying the causes of conflicts, and applying practical techniques for their resolution. Participants discussed the challenges they face in their daily work and exchanged experiences on creating a positive and productive working environment.<\/p>\n
During the training, it was emphasized that communication is not measured by what we have said, but by what the other party has understood. Through interactive exercises and discussions, it was highlighted that a significant number of conflicts in organizations arise from unclear expectations, insufficient communication, and different understandings of tasks and goals. Participants explored practical strategies and techniques for recognizing potential conflicts at an early stage and addressing them in a constructive manner, thereby fostering stronger collaboration and enhancing team performance.<\/p>\n
