SUPERVISION

Combining knowledge in various engineering fields, the great
experience and above all professionalism in performing supervision of
various and complex engineering structures, as well as the great
satisfaction of the customers contributed to transformation of the previous supervision department
so in 2019 it grew into an independent department as an integral part of
the large family of Civil Engineering Institute MACEDONIA.

Our highly experience engineering personnel, consisting of 45 experts in various
fields can effectively control and supervise every aspect of
the construction works in the field of building construction, civil engineering, hydro-construction,
electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, as well as provide support to
the Investor in administering the contract with the Contractor and its
Subcontractors.

During construction, our Supervision team constantly takes care
Your design to be completed in a timely manner, within the predicted
budget and in accordance with the valid Laws, Rulebooks, Quality
Standards and the Rules of the profession.

The Civil Engineering is divided into a supervisory group for roads, geotechnics, and hydro technics, a supervisory group for geodesy, and a supervisory group for quality control, ecology, Fire Protection, HTZ, and Health and Safety at Work. This department has 19 experts in the field.
This services that the supervision department offers to you as our client include the following:
• Expert review of the complete design documentation, providing recommendations for changes in the design documentation and the technical specifications that
could prove necessary or desirable in the course of the work or lead to a reduction in construction costs,
• Monitoring the progress of the execution of works and proposing measures to avoid any future delays as well as possible measures to compensate
time lost in the realization of the Project,
• Checking and determining the quality and quantity of the performed works, control of monthly and temporary situations, and financial monitoring of the
realization of the Project,
• Review and approval of all additional solutions, graphic appendices and details, prepared by the Contractor, which are necessary for
performance or continuation of construction works,
• Full implementation of the designed environmental protection measures, including proposals for necessary additional activities to improve
environment protection,
• Quality control of all materials and products provided for the performance of works, as well as quality control of the performance,
• Checking and making recommendations on the adequacy and authenticity of all orders, certificates, situations, insurances, guarantees, indemnifications, ownership
of machines etc. for which the Contractor is in charge,
• Performing analysis and providing recommendations on the quantities, prices and amounts of all unforeseen job positions that may occur during the construction,
• Issuing of instructions and orders to the Contractor for care and security of the Investor's property,
• Organizing and preparing all the necessary reports and documentation for Technical Inspection on the construction site, and cooperation in issuing the
Certificate of handover,
• Organizing and preparing all the necessary documents, reports, etc., as well as assisting in the control procedures for obtaining MIS1,
• Assist and actively participate in the process of land expropriation, as well as other arrangements for handing over the location of the future construction site to
the Contractor,
• Proposals for resolving possible disputes or different opinions between the Investor and the Contractor regarding the performance of the works,
• Control, records and submission of necessary documentation and consents to the Investor for exemption from fees, taxes and duties (Value Added Tax, customs,
excise duties etc.) as defined by Law

The Building Construction Department is divided to supervisory group for architecture and structures and supervisory group for electrotechnical engineering and mechanical engineering with a total of 20 experts in the provided fields.
This services that the supervision department offers to you as our client include the following:
