Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia has taken over the role of Supervising Engineer for the completion of the construction of the A4 highway, section Border Crossing Blace - Skopje (interchange Stenkovec), subsection 1 - widening of the current road A4 from Border Crossing Blace to the village of Blace to the highway level and construction of a part of the highway with an interchange to connect with the local road to the village of Blace. The planned A4 highway Skopje - Blace will connect Skopje with Kosovo via Route 6a, and then with Corridor VIII, as part of the expansion of the core network of the TEN-T network in the Western Balkans. The Investor of the project is the Public Enterprise for State Roads.
