In an impressive and elegant atmosphere, in the company of a large number of friends and associates, the Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia celebrated its 50th golden jubilee at the Aleksandar Palace Hotel.

Founded in 1975, CEIM has established a unique brand over the past five decades, offering services in all areas of civil engineering under the motto "all in one place." The institute offers a wide range of services and ensures the finding of complex solutions for the most complex projects in civil engineering: consulting at all phases of supervision and quality control during construction, project management and engineering, laboratory quality control of construction works and materials, certification of construction products, conducting geological, hydrogeological and geotechnical investigations, execution of complex specialist works in civil engineering.

It is a privilege to be part of the ongoing success of a company that has tirelessly evolved over the years, overcoming a variety of challenges in our operating environment, from shifts in political systems to significant technological advancements. We have survived, developed, and continue to be leaders in the construction consulting. I extend my heartfelt thanks to our valued employees and clients who have supported and contributed to our success story throughout the years," said Vlatko Ivanov, General Manager of CEIM.

Over the years of its operation, the Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia has developed into a complex business system of a world-class modern company that is today a leader in the domestic market, but also in the Balkans through its branch offices that are actively operating in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, and Romania. By increasing cooperation with regional and European companies and entering their network, opportunities for joint presence in third markets are opening up.

In addition to expanding into new markets, another important segment is the continuous investment in education, research, and development. Through its knowledge management strategy, the CEIM Development Center, with its private scientific institute, IEGE, won the world's first prize at the European Knowledge Management Conference. The developed CO-IN model has created a bridge between industry and academia in developing countries, enabling knowledge transfer and innovation that drives economic and technological progress.
