CEIM has created Design Documentation, whose subject is the reconstruction and adaptation of the city hospital in Kochani by applying the prescribed standards and norms for a general hospital, in compliance with the Employer’s request and maximum respect of the building technical regulations incorporated in the construction regulation. The Investor in the Design is the Ministry of Health under the Government of RNM, and the donor is UNDP.
The created design documentation foresees the possibility of implementing the reconstruction of the building to achieve energy efficiency of the building and adaptation of one part of the hospital as a Covid center with outpatient and inpatient treatment. The part of the building that is being adapted has an area of 360m². At the same time, all operations and interventions are foreseen without changing the urban indicators for the building.
