In the past two years, Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia has carried out expert supervision from the beginning of the construction by introducing the technical review of a preschool facility in the village of Matejche, Lipkovo Municipality, with a capacity of 102 foster children, organized in foster care educational groups from nursery to six years old in 6 activity rooms. It is financed by the World Bank through the project for improving social services under the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
