Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia has successfully played the role of the Supervisory Authority of the multi-purpose complex Diamond of Skopje, which revives the center of the City of Skopje by emphasizing the public space in the narrowest central city area around the current city museum. Built by Turkey's Limak Group, the complex has business, cultural, restaurant management, and shopping units, multistorey car parks, residential units, and a 5* luxury hotel with suite accommodation, all operating independently.
The grand opening of Diamond Mall, which is one of the mentioned main parts of the multi-purpose complex Diamond of Skopje, took place on October 20, 2023. Diamond Mall was built in compliance with the most modern architectural trends, construction techniques, and standards, which simultaneously provide the highest level of comfort for visitors and employees, as well as a high level of energy efficiency and environmental protection.
