Our top and middle management team attended the Adizes Training and Development course from 14 April to 14 July 2014. The course was organised by our Human Resources Manager and was designed to help our leaders improve their ability to build and manage their teams, and provided some very useful insights into we can choose team players and create a climate in which everyone can grow and prosper.
