The physical realization on the field is over 10 percent, and the deadline for completion is by the end of 2023, the beginning of 2024 and it will be returned that it will be completed according to the agreement. CEIM is engaged as a supervisor of the Otinja Dam with the Ministry of Transport and Communications. This project envisages construction of a stone earth dam with a central core with a height of 33 meters, envisaged for construction according to the contracts is 30 months.

The funds for this project are focused through the budget of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
