URBAN DOCUMENTATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY - WIND FARM- SOYAK TURKEY

The Investor SOYAK ENERJİ TİCARET from Istanbul (Turkey) and APEX ENERGY LTD Skopje within the project framework plan to construct a wind farm (WF) Ramno 1, which will contain 11 wind turbines with a capacity of 50 MW, located in Staro Nagorichane municipality in the northeastern region of the country, near the border with the Republic of Serbia, on the slopes of Mount Kozjak.

The Project Execution and use of the Ramno 1 wind farm in Staro Nagorichane municipality will allow electricity production from renewable energy sources (so-called ‘green energy’), which will positively impact the environment. For the implementation of the project, CEIM is preparing an Urban Plan of national significance for the construction of the wind power plant Ramno 1, Staro Nagoricane municipality.

In addition to the preparation of Urban planning documentation, CEIM also prepares a Study for environmental impact assessment from the construction and use of the Ramno 1 wind farm in Staro Nagorichane municipality and monitors amphibians, reptiles, birds, and bats in the pre-construction phase. After the one-year Monitoring of amphibians, reptiles, birds, and bats in the project area, an Annual Monitoring Report will create based on which the Environmental Impact Assessment Study will develop.
