The newly designed structure for an administrative building is in the Technological Industrial Development Zone Shtip, located north - west of the city of Shtip, where TIDZ appears as an Investor (Employer). The building symbolizes the development of the entire region and the industrial zone, so it was to design a structure with high aesthetic characteristics. It plans as GF+1. Due to the specific location, i.e., the different access levels, the building divides into three volume units - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
During the design of the building, a modern architectural language was applied by delimiting separate volumes by their purpose and introducing nature within the closed space through large green terraces, intertwining functionality and nature and connecting the interior with the exterior space.
