East Gate is a new generation shopping center and it is part of the largest multifunctional project on the real estate market in N. Macedonia – East Gate. The structure of the shopping center will be on two levels with high concentration of various contents, fashion brands, restaurants, food and entertainment.
The East Gate project is the largest private investment in the real estate market in our country, financed by the Balfin Group. The building has an area of about 150,000m2, and as such is the largest of its kind in our country, and among the largest in the region.
