Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia prepared project documentation for Reconstruction with upgrade and extension of the Congress Center Alexander the Great.

The project documentation covers the reconstruction of the large hall, which achieves maximum acoustic characteristics of the same. A new interior solution is envisaged in accordance with the purpose of the building.

Dismantling and removal of the existing entrance party is envisaged and new contents are added in ring form: multipurpose hall for 200 visitors, congress hall for 120 visitors, 4 (four) small congress halls for 35-40 visitors and 6 (six) halls for bilateral meetings for 8-10 visitors, common facilities such as exhibition space, cafeteria, sales space, administrative space for the needs of the Congress Center and appropriate space for performers, wardrobes and dressing rooms.

Around the existing building is planned construction of an underground parking space in two levels in which 94 vehicles can be parked, of which 8 eight for people with special needs, and additional 6 (six) vehicles are parked above ground.
