In the village of Josifovo, municipality of Valandovo, a kindergarten with medium capacity was built, with three activity rooms for different age groups from nursery to six years old, and according to the Terms of Reference, the maximum capacity of this kindergarten is 50 to 60 children. The plot of land has a total area of 1747.46m², while the gross area of the building is 410m². The kindergarten is on the northeastern part of the plot, thus providing sufficient space for the necessary parking lot and a large yard for the children to play. The playground, where the children's group play equipment is, extends to the western part of the plot. During the design implementation, CEIM conducted professional supervision of the works in the architecture phase, building structures, and mechanical and electrical engineering.
