The ABP management, collection, and processing system aims to provide proper handling and processing of ABP, their circulation, safe disposal, and use, and a satisfactory level of public health protection, animal health protection, food safety, and animal feed and environmental protection.
According to the previous remark, a joint partnership led by OPERA – the Republic of Italy and Civil Engineering Institute Macedonia have an ongoing agreement for providing consulting and engineering services for developing project documentation for establishing a sustainable system for management of animal by-products (ABPs) financed by the World Bank and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of the Republic of North Macedonia.
