CEIM is in charge of creating technical documentation for redesigning the quay on the Vardar River, where the focus is on finding new opportunities to activate the surrounding space and integral connection. The aim is to get a continuous line, which apart from dividing the city into two parts with the flow of the river, with its attractiveness, will attract people who will use the space in different ways and requirements throughout the city's daily life. Donor in the project is the City of Skopje and UNDP.
For facilitating the development and implementation of the proposed interventions, the work scope splits into four parts, through which the edges of 6 city municipalities touch. The proposed interventions include various specific target interests (cultural, recreational, sports, infrastructural, social, and so on) through which visitors will have the opportunity to network with the existing infrastructure of the city and integral functioning.
