As part of the professional development program focused on improving employees’ knowledge and skills, a training session on “Communication Skills” was held on 11.06.2026 at the premises of the Construction Institute Macedonia.

The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Srbinovska Doncevski, a professor and trainer in communication and organizational behavior. Through an interactive approach, practical examples, and open discussion with participants, she highlighted the importance of effective communication, trust-building, and enhanced workplace collaboration.

Participants had the opportunity to develop their communication skills, exchange experiences, and identify key factors for fostering a positive and productive working environment.

The training highlighted open communication, mutual understanding, and shared commitment as the foundation of successful collaboration and strong teams.
